John also served as an adjunct professor at Columbia University's School of Business and for Columbia’s Master’s in Real Estate Program, where he was also the Director of the program for one year. Currently, John is the CEO of The Livingston Group, LLC. He holds a degree in Architecture from the University of Pennsylvania and a Master’s Degree in City Planning from Harvard’s Graduate School of Design.

Prior to leading The Livingston Group, Evan worked in Acquisitions and Development for Montage International, a luxury hotel and resort company headquartered in Irvine, California, where he underwrote and managed transactions across domestic and international markets. Evan graduated from Cornell University’s School of Hotel Administration with a concentration in Real Estate and has since been deeply involved in the evolution of next-generation real estate—bridging traditional hospitality and multifamily investment with the rapidly expanding world of data center development and consulting.
