AECOM Capital invested in seventeen projects with a total capitalization of $5 Billion. Since then to the present, John has been an active investor in real estate projects nationally. John also served as an adjunct professor at Columbia University's School of Business and for Columbia’s Master’s in Real Estate Program, where he was also the Director of the program for one year. Currently, John is the CEO of The Livingston Group, LLC. He holds a degree in Architecture from the University of Pennsylvania and a Master’s Degree in City Planning from Harvard’s Graduate School of Design.
